RECRUITMENT

Your time is precious and you cannot afford the pre-selection of tens of applications and 10 to 15 in-depth
selection interviews for each of your recruitments. Optim takes over the recruitment process starting from
your specs until the presentation of a selection of 4 to 5 candidates.

We have been offering this service for many years for the exclusive benefit of our customers using the "staff
monitoring" package. Their constant satisfaction over the process delivered has convinced us to open this
service to foreign companies already present in the Region.

All interviews are conducted by an European national who can fully take into account both the foreign
company and the local market perspectives. The languages used during the interviews can be Bahasa
Indonesia, English, French or Italian.

BUSINESS CENTER

Definition of the mission's specs based on the customer's description of the position and selection criteria
Preparation of the hiring tools:

• the hiring summary given to the candidates during the meeting,
• the press advertisement,
• the criteria table used for the selection process
• the candidate's integration plan

PROMOTION & SEARCH

• Advertising
• Information on potential sources of candidates (related universities and alumni associations, etc …).
• Headhunting option: If requested by the customer, a direct contact by phone of professionals
working for competitors. (Companies names provided by you, approach under our name and
initiative).

PRE-SELECTION

• Classification of the candidates in 3 categories based on their application files (received by email).
• Validation of contact data by phone
• Interviews in our office with the pre-selected candidates
• Submission of a report presenting the short-listed contacts with our comments, the candidates
interviewed, the names and contact data of each registered candidate.

FINAL INTERVIEWS

• Final interviews with the short-listed candidates agreed by the customer
• Follow-up process until the formalization of the work contract
• If none of the selected candidates are acceptable we will organize other interviews with alternative
short-listed candidates.
