INVESTMENT PROCESS COORDINATION IN INDONESIA

We assist or represent you during this very important process. This service can obtain good results only
if there is a strong cooperation between your company and our office.

Our value-added will essentially be measured in avoiding administrative, communication problems that can
slow down this process. We think too, that our own experience can help in avoiding unnecessary middle
men that can raise sharply the administrative cost.

As most of the investments are performed with a local partner, it is important that you do not rely entirely on
him during this step in order to keep your options open. We recommend the systematic use of an attorney at
law for all legal matters that can be complicated or unclear.
